CHANGES – PRODUCT RETURNS

Product Changes in Greece

If you wish to change the product you purchased – and only if the product has not been used – you must first contact the change department at (+30)210-4200025 or by email (info@sagiasshoes.com) within 2 days (strictly) from the date of receipt.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, otherwise the change/return will not be accepted! If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected and it is not possible for the courier company to mark it. All shoes should be tested on a carpet to prevent damage and generally be in their original condition (without damage or abrasions).

Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary accessories (receipt/invoice-label-code sticker) that you received upon receipt.The courier company will bring you the second product and hand to hand you will give the first product and receive the second.

Refunds in Greece

In any other case where the customer wants to return the product and can not be exchanged with a product of the same category due to lack of stock or for personal reasons, a refund policy can be followed based on some conditions, where the costs of returning the product will be charged as well as the bank transfer costs. The amount of cost will be 18 euros, and the product will be send back by courier service.

The refund will be made either by deposit in a bank account that you indicate to us. Bank charges are borne by the customer. The refund will be made within 5 days after the products are returned.

The second product will be shipped as soon as the original that the customer wishes to change is received, and after we have checked that all the above conditions apply.

The product is returned by courier service of your choice and your own charge, while the re-shipment of the desired product to you is done by courier DHL at your own expense (see Shipping Methods and Costs).

Incorrect Shipping

In case the product you received does not match the product of your order or is defective (i.e. has damage or abrasions), you should call the change department at (+30)210-4200025 or by e-mail at info@sagiasshoes.com within 2 days from the date of receipt. In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.
