Shipments within Greece
For shipments within Greece, the products will be sent to you, at the recipient address you have indicated to us, with the courier service. Note: If you want the product to be sent to a different address than the one you entered for your personal information, you have the option to enter a different recipient address in the order registration system.
Orders are processed the next working day and are dispatched within 5-7 business days (excluding islands and inaccessible areas).If the products are not available and are collected by our network, the shipment can be made with a delay of 1-2 days extra (mainly during discount periods, end of season or holidays).
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Orders placed in the system on Friday from 12.00 onwards will go through the approval, preparation and shipping stages on Monday.
Shipments outside Greece
For the shipments of Cyprus the products will be sent to you, at the recipient address that you have indicated to us, with the courier service ARAMEX.
For shipments outside Greece & Cyprus the products will be sent to you, at the recipient address you have indicated to us, with the DHL courier service.

The shipping costs for orders over 50 euros are FREE for the entire Greek territory.

Order delay
If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you, within a reasonable time, via e-mail and / or telephone to inform you of the reasons for the delay and the expected shipping time. In this case you will be able (if you think that this period is not enough for you) to request the change of the order to another item or even the cancellation of your order and your refund.
